Durham: Rishabh Pant, who was suffering from corona, rejoined the Indian team yesterday.

The Virat Kohli-led Indian team, which is touring England, is set to play in a five-match Test series.

The tournament will run from August 4 to September 14.  The first Test takes place at Trent Bridge.

Joined the Indian team

Corona was confirmed on the 8th and was kept in solitary confinement at a private hotel in London.  Several phase coronary examinations were performed at regular intervals to the bund during treatment.  Following the negative result, permission was granted to join the Indian team.  So RishabhPant formally joined the Indian team in Durham yesterday.

Suspicion

Despite recovering from the corona, it is doubtful whether Rishabh Pund will be in full fitness.  Punt-Than is the first choice for the wicket-keeper position in the England Test series.  So it looks like Punt will be undergoing intensive training throughout this week and his fitness will be tested.
