Abu Dhabi - Warehouse Manager Job
Now hiring a Warehouse Manager for a Sports Trading Company in Abudhabi, UAE.
Duties:
·Manage and coordinate warehouse operations such as product receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping. · Monitor inventory management processes to ensure accurate inventory levels, perform regular inventory counts, and implement effective replenishment strategies. · Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and standard operating processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Provides inventory reporting by location (warehouse and showroom)
・Creation and standardization of necessary documents (inbound slip GRN, outbound slip, delivery slip)
· Manage documentation for goods movements to and from showrooms, warehouses, and customers. · Monitor and optimize warehouse layouts and storage systems to maximize space utilization and ensure easy access to products. Implement and use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports. · Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized storage environment.
· Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. · Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing, sales and customer service to fulfill orders, resolve issues and improve overall operations. · Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on warehouse performance, including: B. Order accuracy, punctuality and productivity. · Keep copies of all GRNs, issuing slips, and delivery notes for proper record keeping. · Properly record all rental agreements (for warehouses and showrooms), contact landlords as necessary, and consult with company management for timely notice of renewal or termination in accordance with rental agreements. · After receiving the shipment, submit the packing list, bill of lading (BOE), and other required documents to the treasurer. · Ensure proper inventory management and security. · Ensure that the stock reaches the customer in good condition and note this on the delivery note. · Work with the technical team to plan deliveries and ensure orders are delivered to customers on time.
